Investment Boutique LLC (iB) was established in the UAE in early 2005 to fill an identifiable gap for professional real estate advisory services backed by sound market intelligence and international execution expertise. iB distinguishes itself by leveraging one of the most extensive transactional databases, cutting edge market intelligence and international best practice to assist clients in Realising Value at every stage of the investment continuum. Comprised of technical experts with international professional experience, the Research, Advisory, Investment Management, and Valuations Divisions complement each other to position iB as one of the leading real estate advisory firms in the region.

Our dedicated team possesses international advisory and execution experience acquired at top tier multi-nationals such as Tishman Speyer Properties, McKinsey & Company, Lehman Brothers, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Oxford Business Group and Colliers International, while its board of advisors has over sixty years of combined experience in regional construction, development and real estate sales and management. In its five years since inception, Investment Boutique has established a wide range of trusted partnerships with estate agencies, banks, mortgage brokers and valuation companies, allowing it to create one of the most accurate and representative transactional databases in the UAE, the UAE Transactional Database ("UAETD"). This model of collaboration with key stakeholders across the real estate value chain to compile difficult to obtain transactional data and market trend inforamtion is being rolled out throughout the MENA region to the benefit of our clients and partners.
