Both secondary sources (government data and statistics, international organizations, research reports, internet, news and announcements) and primary sources are used to gather and update data, statistics and information. iB Research maintains databases which are updated on a regular basis; these databases cover sales and leasing transactional evidence, existing supply and upcoming supply and form the backbone of bespoke and off-the shelf research reports.
